Our Gift Cards can be used for purchases online through our webstore and at our café for games, game related products and merchandise. Please note that our gift cards are unable to be used for the purchase of food or drink, or cover charge, at our cafés.
Your gift card card will be issued via email and will include the option to enable Apple Wallet Passes which will allow our gift cards to be used on iOS devices in Apple Wallet. With Passes, customers can check a gift card’s balance and redeem a gift card in-store.

The period of time is 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
